Founder & CEO
Former founding team at TRACTIAN. Studied materials engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Awarded 46 times in STEM competitions. Gold medalist in the Latin American Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad.
Andre Koga
Founder & CTO
André Koga studied Computer Science at Georgia Tech, with a focus on front-end development, AI, and project management. He has led teams, built machine learning models, and develops scalable solutions using Python, JavaScript, React, and Svelte.
Ricardo Leao
Founder & COO
Expert in project management, data science, artificial intelligence, analytics, and operations research. He led optimization projects at Accenture and Mercado Libre and holds a master's degree in Decision Support Models and Algorithms.

MBA professor in Business Analytics and Big Data at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), PhD candidate in operations research at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), 9 years of experience as a senior consultant at Falconi.

Leandro Bandeira studies Computer Engineering at UFPB, with a focus on Operations Research. He has contributed to university research projects, including tools for managing scientific events and internal UFPB initiatives, using C, C++, and Python.

Matheus Monteiro is a Graphic Designer and Lead Product Designer also at noodle.cx, with front-end experience at companies such as Editora Abril and Red Ventures. He blends programming, UI/UX, and product thinking to create polished digital experiences.

Operations Research Engineer
Production Engineer from UFOP specializing in Operations Research and industrial optimization. He studied at Université Clermont Auvergne (ISIMA), interned at the LIMOS laboratory in France, and now develops Python-based optimization solutions for industrial decision-making.
